In collaboration with Evelyne Alcazar from ECOVALIA, we selected the advantages of the CleanSmoke smoking process that are currently most relevant for Spanish organic producers/processors. In an article in the magazine ECOLAVIA Valor ECOLOGICO and with banners for the EOCVALIA newsletter and the ECOVALIA website, the enormous savings potential for water and energy, and the reduction of the CO2 footprint were highlighted accordingly.
